 Exe Icon Changer
I'm sure this product does what it says it can and in the right circumstance would be a useful tool, however, my immediate need was to a add an icon to an existing 16 bit exe using the current format. Older .exes can contain icons in a different format and although XP dispays these OK, Vista does not. Nor could Exe Icon Changer.
